We are so excited to have had such a positive reception to A Faerie's Tale. We hit 1000 downloads just before bedtime in Australia last night which is super exciting!
This was a project that I started back at the end of 2019, writing the first 15,000 words after having a silly little dream about a girl with magic having to shelter in a village and meeting a kind doctor there. That dream morphed into this project, which later was put on hold while I worked on other things.
Amare Fest seemed like a great opportunity to finish it and pull some friends in to help me. The result was a cute, wholesome (and short!) project that the team was really proud of.
As we've mentioned, we would like to add a third love interest and maybe add some additional BGs and even CGs to the project. There's no specific ETA on that but it's something that is definitely planned for the future at some point.

I actually quite adored the game and Lachan, so I'd really cheer for adding his route to it. Is it still in the works or discussed?
Either way, great work, cute art, I LOVED the dialogue and fae whimsy of the protagonist especially. Thanks for sharing it with us!
Thank you! I am hoping maybe we can add his route during the next Amare Fest. It requires several new assets so it'll come down to time constraints on when we do it. I'd love to include it since that route is the one that somewhat wraps up some of the elements of Aell's backstory. And also, Lachan is just adorable and I love him. 😌😌💖
