The content guide and walkthrough linked on the main page should also be updated now.
And that's all. That's the update!

Well... Hi !
I am not sure how to express myself correctly here (this is my first comment ever) but I guess first and foremost I wanted to say Bravo and thank you. To be out from the star I did play both of your games.
I am in otome style games for a few years now and I have done quite a lot. Being a bit older I have struggled to find games of this genre that did not center around some very unrealistic version of a naive (if not dumb), pushover, doormat MC.
If not that, stumbling into sudden, sometimes unexplainable and clearly unbelievable, love stories with no real chemistry or believable romantic build up.
Or plots that would fail to hold themselves together and give real reflexion opportunity or solid and interesting world building.
I think I could go on and on but what I mean to say is that IMO, you did a really great job and that I am more than in awe that you did so much of it yourself.
The MC is one of the most relatable I ever came accross. She has reactions and thought processes I really could have myself. She has flaws, she struggles in ways that feels real.
The plot, world building and characters developpement is frigging solid ! I love that you made it so we could explore a bit of every lore you presented (Endgame, Crismsom, The Court, The Wastes and the Nomos, Erebos and the Néo Humans, New Terra). You did not just showcased, you delivered.
You wrote a mature plot with its dark and philosophical parts but also goofy and cute ones with a mastered natural balance (and very nice steamy scenes with a great way of making them distinct and good each time).
I enjoyed myself playing this game. I fell in love with Morgan most of all I think but a bit with almost all of the LIs and the story also.
I also quite enjoyed Changeling (though I saw somewhere that if you had to redo it now it would come out quite different and that makes me SO MUCH curious and needy lol).
All of that to say well... Thanks...Again... I think. I do not want to take up too much space (or of your time) but I wanted to tell how great this game is and to congratulate you for the feat.

I am emotionally torn that I'm almost finished with this final route already. I feel like I've been here and invested in this game for so long (since the demo), so it's amazing to see you finish it, but also bitter sweet to no longer have the anticipation of waiting for new installments.
At least for me, I have the solace that it's been long enough since I played through all the OG routes, that I will now get to enjoy replaying all of them >:D
The end of a long project is always like that, I think.
A friend said to me yesterday that I've been working on Gilded Shadows the entire time she's known me. And I had this bizarre pause as I realised that...she's right. It's so weird to let go of something that has been my life for four years. But it means that I can start a new journey and try new things. So I'm looking forward to that, too. \^o^/
I adore the entire game, but have to say: Yuu's route is everything I have ever wanted from an Endgame story! Love the team dynamics in particular.
Aww! I'm glad you like it. In some ways his route has the most satisfying end, I think, for the Endgame routes. But I also kind of feel like it wouldn't be possible to do this set up as well or in as emotional a way if the other routes didn't exist the way they do.
I did really love being able to write all the shenanigans and banter and everyone being brats to each other. So much fun. ╰(*°▽°*)╯
OMG, I'm at the rooftop scene in Yuu's route, and what the heck? lmao I'm in tears from laughing. Thank you, Esh! I'm enjoying Yuu's route very much. /I'm now past that scene, but still./
On a more serious tone, I think you previously mentioned that Yuu's route is spaced differently, but you are not sure how much it's noticable? It is, though it fits perfectly with Yuu's personality and everything so far. It's really nice to read after all the others (especially after Magnus' route!).
I feel like it's a little bit similar to Quill's, but also wildly different, but might be just me. I liked both anyway. /As all the others honestly, but I probably enjoyed the spacing of these two the most./
Still so hard to believe this wraps up GS. :o I'm pretty sure I'll be revisiting this game in the future, though. /Considering I already revisited some routes, haha. It's such a comfy way to decompress./

One thing I like about Yuu's route - and I think this is partially because I was able to work in the 4 week gap and not deal with Morgan' settling in - is that I feel you really get a sense of the found family and over all gremlin-vibe that the Endgame agents have with each other. 🤣🤣
There is so much snark in this route between all of them (including Ari).
The rooftop scene is one of my favourites because it starts serious and they all just devolve into gremlin mode and picking on each other by the end. LoL

Huge congrats on finally finishing out such a massive project. I'm sure there might be a bug or two that needs an update in the future, but finally seeing all routes completed I'm sure is an amazing feeling.
It's a little bittersweet to finally see Gilded Shadows finished, but it's definitely going to be one that I keep coming back to an replaying different routes just for the pleasure of living in this world for a little bit.
Please don't jinx me like that. 🤣🤣🤣 We tried really hard to catch all the major bugs and errors. LoL!
